Fresh flowers
Because arrangements are perishable and made to order, they cannot be returned. If you're unhappy with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled after arrangement has begun may be partially refunded.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
